Space Rental for Makers & Small Business Workshops

Looking to teach a class, lead a hands-on experience, or host a gathering for your customers or community? We rent our floral-filled studio to small businesses, creatives, and makers who want to host their own workshops or events. It's a beautiful, ready-to-go space for bringing your ideas to life.

    • Weekdays: 11 AM – 8 PM

    • Weekends: 10 AM – 4 PM

      All rentals must be scheduled in advance.

    • $100 for up to 2 hours

    • $150 for up to 4 hours

    • $250 for up to 6 hours

    • Tables, seating, lounge space, and cocktail tables

    • Kitchenette with mini fridge, sink, filtered water, and counter

    • Private bathroom, coat rack, Wi-Fi, and on-site parking

    • Basic cleaning supplies (paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.)

    • A Sparrow Bloom team member on-site (present, but not assisting with setup, coordination, or cleanup)

    • Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and full cleanup

    • Bouquet bar – from $45/person (free rental with 15+ guests)

    • Bud vase bar – $20/person (rental required)

    • Off-site workshops – available for larger groups (additional fee)

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring snacks, desserts, or a full meal—whatever fits your gathering best.

  • We have seating for up to 25 guests, with room for a few extra to stand comfortably if needed.

  • We offer discounts for qualifying bouquet bar groups and may adjust pricing when booking multiple services—reach out and we’ll talk through options.

  • Yes! If you're a small business, artist, or vendor looking to lead your own experience (not a floral one), you’re welcome to rent the space. You’ll bring your own materials and manage registrations.

  • Everything listed above—tables, seating, kitchenette, lounge space, private bathroom, and light setup support. You’ll take care of supplies, ticketing, and cleanup.
